Eileen Terry Bernstein Tobin, 68, died peacefully at Levine & Dickson Hospice House on Monday April 8. She was born November 12, 1950 and raised by her adoptive parents Milton and Helene Bernstein of Long Island, NY. She graduated from North Miami Senior High School in 1968. For more than twenty years she was the advertising representative for the Syracuse Jewish Observer, and Syracuse Jewish Federation formulating lifelong bonds and friendships that continued over the years.

Eileen was beloved and a friend to everyone she met; always sharing a story, laugh and and ear to listen for those that needed it; welcoming everyone into her home. She was the best mother you could have asked for. Eileen was a former member of Temple Society of Concord. She was always at her children's sporting events; routing them on; assisting the coaches; and just being present to let them know she supported them in every aspect of their lives. She will be deeply missed

She was predeceased by her father, Milton, Mother, Helene and brother, Norman

Her family includes her daughters Jennifer(Ken), and Melissa; and her grandson Jacob.
